Wash boneless chicken and remove excess water
In a mixing bowl take hung curd, fresh cream, kasoori methi, salt to taste, garam masala , turmeric powder, red chilly powder , and few chopped green chillies
Add boneless chicken to it amd mix well .
Keep it covered aside for merination for approximately half an hour
Now in a heavy bottom pan heat oil and add finely chopped onion and saute until golden brown
Now add finely chopped tomato and saute' till cooked
Add merinated chicken ..mix well and cook covered for 10-15 minutes
Check and turn in between
Adjust salt as per taste amd add kitchen king Masala
Mix well amd cook uncovered till oil separates
Now add beaten eggs to cooking chicken and stirr well
Keep mixing and stirring till eggs get cooked (this is called Gadbad Ghotala..my fusion 👍)
Add chopped coriander leaves and fried Cashew nuts for garnishing
Serve hot immediately with bhakari, paratha , naan , chapati or steamed rice
